From the Flora & Fauna series, this classic bottling was a cult favourite among whisky fans before its discontinuation in 2014. It remains a superb expression of Mortlach’s distillery character, packed with notes of Iberico ham, walnuts, dark malt, and well-aged sherry. Nosing this, it’s easy to see why esteemed whisky writer Dave Broom nicknamed Mortlach ‘The Beast of Dufftown’.
