ISLE WAIT marks the opening chapter in our journey into Single Malt Scotch whisky. This is our ‘Dram for the meantime’, while we patiently wait for our own whisky to mature.
Our whisky is ageing patiently in the shadows of the legendary Old Man of Storr or ‘Bodach an Stòir’ in Gaelic.
This whisky is a tribute to our roots and heritage; independent, family-run and fiercely proud of where we come from.

A Single Malt Scotch whisky, slightly peated with a zesty and fruity finish.
Nose:
Notes of delicate orange, followed by touches of apricot, lending sweetness to the maritime seaweed that echoes in the glass. Subtle, elegant smokiness rounded out by honey and vanilla.
Pallete:
Light and zesty oak spiced, joined by rich and sweet smokiness.
Finish:
Bold, stormy, lingering and elegant, with notes of honey.
Majestic and commanding like the Old man of Storr himself.
