Peated single malt from the isle of Mull's Tobermory distillery, released under the Ledaig name and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail. This 12 year old whisky was bottled for the Discovery range (which categorises whisky into three flavour profiles - 'Sherried' 'Smoky' and 'Bourbon') at 43% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose Grassy peat and seaweed, with green apple sweeties in the background.
Palate Peppery smoke mixed with burnt sugar and cloudy lemonade.
Finish Hints of cedar emerge from the smoke.
