Nc'Nean Huntress Malted Teacake
Introducing Malted Teacake, the fifth release in their boundary-pushing and experimental Huntress series. This whisky heroes their passion for fermentation experiments. They used a yeast strain typically used in the brewing of Belgian-style ales, one that is rarely used in Scotch whisky. It brings malty, creamy notes - flavours of buttered toast, freshly baked cake and fig marmalade.
Huntress Malted Teacake's unique fermentation, along with maturation in their house style casks, results in a buttery, jammy whisky with a touch of minerality.
