How to enjoy

 Everything we make is designed to be firstly smooth.  There is a beautifully complex mix of flavours to this spirit - a vanilla then fruity in aroma, then a smooth taste built on citrus tones with a light-spicy tingle that lingers long on the palate. It works great straight over ice, with soda, tonic water or ginger ale garnished with a slice of lemon and it is a great alternative to gin or vodka in cocktails
