A tribute to Timothy Pont - a local Minister of Dunnet Parish and cartographer who spent his summers diligently surveying Scotland.

Twice-distilled scratch-made Scottish rum is then blended with Caribbean rum, pure Loch Calder water and local botanicals. Full-bodied yet well rounded with bright citrus lemon verbena, scurvy grass, sea kelp and Scottish sea salt offering a salted caramel flavour. Further notes of toffee, banana, vanilla, liquorice and a light peppery finish offered by scurvy grass and umami flavours from the sea kelp.
