Introducing a special edition cask offering from Kilchoman distillery. This 2023 release showcases carefully chosen Cognac casks that beautifully complement the distillery’s fruit-forward, citrus-infused spirit, achieving a perfect harmony with the oak notes of Cognac. With a minimum maturation period of 6 years, this expression delivers a delightful complexity of taste, accompanied by the lingering peat smoke characteristic of Kilchoman. This unique whisky is peated to a level of 50PPM and has been bottled at a robust 50% ABV.

Nose:  Sweet apple, pear, honey, warming spice, and delicate peat.

Palate: Buttery smooth texture with dried lemon, apricot and cinnamon. Hints of nutmeg with toasted oak and sweet peat smoke.

Finish: Dried fruits, marzipan, crystallised ginger with lingering peat smoke
