Misty Isle Honeyberry & Elderflower liqueur is the latest unique product to come from Isle of Skye Distillers. The provenance of the ingredients is crucial to this superb berry liqueur, with the honeyberries grown in the distillery garden and the delicate wild elderflowers foraged in and around Portree. Scottish Gin Awards 2024 GOLD for ‘Gin Liqueur of the Year’.

We marry the honeyberries with the award winning Misty Isle Classically aromatic gin for a whole month, then adding the wild elderflower for a further 48 hours or so. This small batch full rich liqueur is bursting with natural flavours!! Enjoy the bitter-sweet fruit flavours of concentrated berries, fruit aromas and a good amount of tanginess.
