Isle Of Raasay Cask Strength 2024 Release Whisky

The Hebridean Isle of Raasay has only 161 inhabitants. Luckily the Isle of Rassay Distillery has produced more bottles of whisky!

The 2024 release of Isle of Raasay cask strength whisky takes their peated and unpeated spirts and matures them separately before marrying them together in a mixture of first fill rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Bottled at a cask strength of 61.3%.

• Enjoy lightly peated notes on the nose intertwined with dark berry fruits
• The palate is bold and powerful with more notes of stewed fruits, chocolate and hints of kitchen spices
• Only 8400 bottles have been released globally with 1000 bottles released to the UK market
