From Burnt Mill Brewery this beer showcases modern hops and brewing techniques and with nearly 100 IBUs It’s unapologetically bitter, reminiscent of the styles coming out of California. It was brewed using Pale malt and a small amount of Munich malt as a base, Columbus hops as the first wort (bittering) addition, Chinook & Centennial in the Whirlpool and then dry hopped exclusively with Centennial. Expect a medley of fruit salad backed with pine and a crisp bitterness balanced by the malt and higher ABV of 8%.
