Pocketful of Stones Distillers describes this drink as “The drink that changes with the summer.” This is because they only produce it when the Cornish weather begins to get warmer. Strawberries are always first so the first few batches of the Pen Sans Summer Cup are very strawberry heavy.  Gooseberries and raspberries are later added to the recipe, along with blueberries and blackberries towards the end of summer when they are at their  best. 5% ABV
