Possibly the most flavoursome beer we’ve ever made, this is the barrel aged version of the popular previous brew, North Sea Stout. Seriously robust, brewed with a full spectrum of malts and a salted liquorice twist. Dark, briny and mysterious, a full year in single malt whisky barrels has tamed this leviathan by adding smooth, oaky vanillins to round out the rich, roasty malts and bold, sea water salinity; creating a sipping beer to be enjoyed but, much like The North Sea, treated with the utmost respect.
