Flavor description:

Creation #6 can be described in two words: Rum + Raisins.

For the sixth bottling in the Cù Bòcan Creation series, Tomatinde has aged lightly peated spirit in Pedro Ximinez barrels and Rum barrels from Jamaica.

This results in a slightly peated whisky. With flavors of roasted Jamaican ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, Spiced Plum Jam, Amaretto cherries and a buckskin chocolate.

Additional Information:  Cù Bòcan is distilled at the Tomatin Distillery. It all started with an incorrect delivery of peated malt that was still processed into whisky. And that whiskey tasted good. It is named after the mythical creature that roams near the distillery.
