With only 3000 bottles of the 'Maiden Voyage' out there, this is definitely one not to be missed.

 

The Scalasaig 'Island Hopper' from Colonsay is named after the Hebridean port village where the owners live. The whisky character truly evokes the spirit of the islands. 

Featuring peated whiskies from Orkney, Mull and Islay that have been expertly married together before being finished in first-fill Spanish sherry casks. The result is a perfect combination of warming smoke with a smooth sweet finish. A great dram to be savoured on a dreich evening!

 

The quality of artwork on the bottle and case is really quite striking and was created by Skye based illustrator Peter McDermott. We love the retro 1930's 'travel poster' style.
